SABAI Group is an international trading company based in Dubai, specialising in the import and export of food & beverage commodities. Following strong growth in the Duty-Free and FMCG sectors — especially in branded alcoholic beverages — we're expanding our reach across the CIS region.

We're looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Representative (Russian Speaker) to join our CIS Sales Team. You'll build relationships, manage client portfolios, and drive revenue growth in key Russian-speaking markets.

What You'll Be Doing

Your Responsibilities

Manage the Network

Create and manage client relationships in the CIS region — both new prospects and existing accounts.

Strategic Outreach

Identify and reach out to potential buyers using online research, cold calls, email, LinkedIn, marketing campaigns, and industry events.

Stay Organised

Log and track all activity in our internal CRM system — every call, email, and follow-up documented.

Drive Demand

Collect and maintain client requests and price targets in our internal platform for the Procurement Team to review.

Close the Deal

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions to successfully execute client orders.

Resolve Issues Fast

Tackle any post-sale client concerns with professionalism and speed.

Spot Market Trends

Monitor product pricing and market developments to guide your sales strategy.

Understand the Buyer

Get to know client needs and recommend the right product solutions from our portfolio.

Exceed Targets

Meet — and aim to beat — monthly KPIs and profit contribution goals.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

  • B2B sales experience, ideally in trading environments, FMCG, or duty-free sectors.
  • Native or fluent Russian speaker with professional English language skills.
  • Confident negotiator with experience in deal closing and customer relationship management.
  • Self-motivated and proactive — you know how to hustle and follow through.
  • Detail-focused, CRM-savvy, and proficient in documenting sales progress and activities.
  • Goal-oriented and ready to perform in a competitive, fast-moving environment.
  • Team player who collaborates closely with procurement, operations, and leadership.
